The free version worked just fine and I enjoyed the different captions for my photos... I just paid to upgrade and remove ads and now I only get the logo but no options Please fix this issue

Paid version doesnt work. Free version works great. Tried several time to download it to no avail. No way to contact anyone on their app support link.. Dead end. Wasted a $1.99
